The Monarch was situated at 49 Chalk Farm Road.
Now a live music venue known since March 2000 as Barfly. This establishment
should not be confused with a new Monarch just down the road at 40-42 Chalk
Farm Road, which was created from commercial premises around 1993 by
Weatherspoons (the Misty Moon) and is also now a music venue. |
