Mamelon Tower

The Mamelon Tower was situated at 149-153 Grafton Road, NW5, closing c2008.
This pub was seemingly originally called the 'Manchester Tavern' then 'Mamelon Tower', then 'Man of Aran' before reverting back to the mid-incarnation of 'Mamelon Tower', the name displayed on the pub's hoardings and also in stucco around the parapet. However, at the time of writing, the actual pub sign reads 'Man of Aran', despite the overwhelming references to 'Mamelon Tower' - two names for the price of one.
