The Sir Robert Peel was situated at 131 Canterbury Road. Now demolished, a modern estate pub of the same name occupies this address. This pub closed in 2013 and is now occupied by a branch of the British Legion.

Chris Durkin 1970s Irish couple, Damian and Ellen Conlan used to run the pub for years and eventually moved on to the Minstrel Boy at Muswell Hill. Was a very popular pub while they were there.
