The Ship Hotel was situated on Greenwich waterfront (site now occupied by the Cutty Sark). This pub was destroyed during a WWII air raid. A renowned riverside tavern which was the last survivor of a number of inns that once congregated along this stretch of the Greenwich waterfront).
