The Cockney Arms was situated at 610 Old Kent Road. This pub has now been demolished, with flats built on the site.

I believe that my Aunt Mrs. Susan West took out a lease on the premises when the pub ceased to operate, c1930. It then became Wests Ladies Hairdressers.
