Lawrie Herron	1966-1968	I was the first manager in there with my wife Sylvia we were employed by St. George's taverns, who were the managerial side of watneys brewery, We resided in the flat above, with one daughter and two dogs, it was a friendly family pub, and I was happy to see via my daughter a comment about a young lad who used to clean my car. We left the marshman to go to Australia I am now retired living in Sussex Happy days at the marshman

Tracy Brewster (Searle)	1974	I spent all my days in this pub when Grace & Dave Johnson run the pub, I know they have both passed now but would love to find out where their son David Johnson is living.
