The Red Lion was situated at 191 Lyham Road. This
pub is now in use as a private house. |

This was the last pub with a beer only licence (albeit
Watney's) left in London. I was a regular in the late sixties and early
seventies. There were two bars, one about the size of the average bathroom
and one about 3 times as big. Great memories. |
