The White Hart was situated on the
King's Road. It became the Chelsea Drug Store and is now a McDonalds.
restaurant. |

I moved in London in early 70's and by
then the pub was called "The Drugstore" until it was replaced by a MacDonald
restaurant around the early 80's.There was a pub with a poll table when you
get in and a DJ pub upstairs. I remember quite well the Irish manager
Gerry and most of his staff were also Irish (Don, Tom etc.) I saw
loads of celebs like 10CC,Gary Glitter,Chelsea players like Alan Hudson et
al. It was a nest for celebrities. |
