Richard Monihan 1983 I was a US student studying at Syracuse University's London campus in Kensington Park Gardens. The Duke of Norfolk was "our" bar from January-May of 1983, as 10 of us who lived in the Ledbury Road area would congregate there. I learned how to play darts there and became friendly with the publican. I reminisce regularly about the Duke of Norfolk. It was a key meeting place for all of us.
