The White Horse Inn was situated on the site of the Egyptian Hall, Nos. 170–171 Piccadilly. This inn existed since at least 1681 and by 1699 had the highest rateable value of any house on the south side of Piccadilly. Closed in 1746, the pub was demolished in 1810 to make way for the Egyptian Hall.
