The Hope was situated at 40 St Peter's Road. |
|
My grandparents, AEJ Cartledge and his wife,
used to run this pub in the 1920s/30s and my mother spent her early years
here. It was owned by a James Gardner whose wife went on to build the
Rembrandt cinema in Ewell and the Kinema, Kingston. |
