Marcus Heslop   I'm researching the life and career of the prolific actor Guy Standeven. Died, 1998. He drank here with his wife/partner Felicity Andrews (died 2008). He was in literally 100's of films, TV shows and theatre productions including Return of the Jedi, A Clockwork Orange, Spies, Wilde, Four Weddings and a Funeral and the children's TV series Knightmare. If anyone else knew him please contact me.
Dave & Mole Turner 1969/1972 We went to a "disco" on Friday nights above this pub, entry by the open stairs seen to the right of the photo through that wooden gate. Seem to remember it was run by AFO club? Entry upstairs for members only! Bar and music upstairs completely separate from the main pub. Many happy memories created here, including meeting my wife to be.
