The Mines Royal was situated at 98 Harefield High Street, on the
right hand side about 100 yards past Merle Avenue heading towards Church
Hill. The name was associated with the Mines Royal Company who had a copper
mill in Harefield in the late 18th Century. The pub was demolished in 1996
and made way for housing. |
