The Havelock Arms was situated at 39 King Street. This pub was present by 1878 when the publican was Robert Wellman.

This pub has reopened but only occupies half the premises in Havelock Road itself (old saloon bar). The corner frontage that includes King Street (old public bar) is now a Ladbrokes Betting Shop!!
