Street. This grade-II listed pub closed in 2020. |

building details: |
Mainly C18, but core probably
earlier, carstone and brick. Front, Stuccoed, centre with vermiculate
rustications. 2 storey and attics, with windows at ends. Good main entrance
with Venetian window above, and half moon window at 2nd floor in pediment. 5
flush frame sash windows at 1st floor with glazing bars. Battlemented
parapet, with ends wept up. Pantiled and tiled mansard. |
