The Jack Of Newbury was situated at 14 Fye
Bridge Road. This pub was present by the mid-eighteenth century and closed
in 1971. At the time of closure it was a Watney Mann pub, having formerly
been owned by Bullard’s Brewery of Norwich. It is now in restaurant use. |
