In 2006 Garry Booker became landlord of the Red
Lion public house after working with his relatives Gail and Nigel Toseland
who were the previous landlords. Garry was born in Brixworth and attended
local schools. The Booker family have lived in the village for several
generations. Garry loves the social side of being a landlord and whilst he
knows many Brixworth people, he has made many more new friends through his
job. He recently visited Switzerland to visit friends he had made through
the B&B at the Red Lion. Garry offers both single and double bed rooms at
the B&B. The Red Lion offers great bar food and also has Sky Prem Plus on
the menu. |
