The Royal Oak was situated at Cattle End. |

I used to go there for lunch
occasionally when I worked at the circuit in the early 1980s. Their chilli
dish was very popular. Many personnel from the motor racing community would
frequent the place. Ayrton Senna would sometimes be spotted there, although
he never drank alcohol. |
