The Forest Folk was situated on Mansfield Road.
Built in 1926 it closed in 2004 and was demolished in 2005. A Tesco Express
now stands on the site, with housing on what was the car park. This pub was
named after James Prior Kirk, author of 'Forest Folk'. |
