The Locomotive Inn was a
Shipstones tied house situated on the corner of Wilford Road and Clyde
Street. This pub was
demolished in the 1970s. |

I had my wedding reception here. March
6th 1971 . It must have been one of the last since the place was sadly
demolished very soon after It was just beautiful inside, the old seats, and
wooden tables. I had a lovely open fire in the fireplace. So cozy |
