The Town Arms was situated on Plumptre Square. This pub closed in the 1980s following a fire.

Used to drink in the Town Arms every Saturday Lunchtime on my way to the city centre from West Bridgford. The Pub had a fire in May/June 1985 which wrecked in internal structure and never opened again.
