The Wheatsheaf

The Wheatsheaf was situated on Nuthall Road. This pub has now been converted into a McDonalds restaurant.

Had our Wedding Reception here in the upstairs function room in 1970. 19/6d a head for a sit down meal, £14 for a 4 piece band and £20 behind the bar for beer which lasted almost all night. Those were the days.
