The Waterwitch was situated on Cockcroft Road.
This pub closed mid 2011 and has since been demolished prior to residential

Review from tantallon.org.uk: |
Morland
Cosy typical estate pub. Square and sixties, with carpet at the lounge end,
lino at the public bar (which has video games and a pool table) end. Very
friendly service. Enormous dog. Reasonable Greene King IPA, come to that.
Hadn't appreciated the hoppy and vinous character of it before. Don't know
the origin of the name, and there isn't a pub sign to help. Forgot to ask
the barmaid.
