Coach & Horses

The Coach & Horses was situated at 44 Holywell Street. This pub was present by 1808 and closed in 1882 when the publican was Elizabeth Gilbert. It was demolished shortly afterwards and the site redeveloped as the Indian Institute (currently the Oxford Martin School).
