The Navigation House was situated at 13 Hayfield Hutt Lane (now 1 Hayfield Road). This beerhouse was present in 1870 when the publican was Thomas Johnson. It closed in 1903 when Hall's Oxford Brewery surrendered the lease, and is now in residential use.
