The Black Horse was situated on Thame Road. This pub has a datestone inscribed "F.G. 1751" and was recorded as The Wheatsheaf in 1831. The building was Grade II-listed in 1973 and is currently a private residence entitled Black Horse Cottage, although it retains its pub sign bracket.
