The Boat was situated on Havacre Lane. This pub was built in the 1820s and closed in 2007. It has now been demolished.
My Grandfather, John Corbett was the landlord between c1930 and c1960. He played pro football starting at Brierley Hill Alliance and signing for Aston Villa
