Abigail Rochester	c1973	My Aunty Isobel used to run the pub and live upstairs. We were allowed to go into the off licence beside it and choose some sweets, wave to grandad ( Bruce Rochester) through the hatch into the pub side then we would go upstairs and see Aunty Isobel! Very exiting to hear the noise come from the working men who had been working in the pits all day!
