The Noahs Ark Inn was situated on Crabbery
Street. Originally a 16th century townhouse, it was converted to
offices in 1967 and is now used as a cafe bar. |

This pub was once run by a
Charlie Wilson who died in 1971, he was a star player for Huddersfield Town
in the twenties and won 2 league championship medals with them 1923/24
&24/25, being top scorer both seasons , also won medals with Tottenham and
Stoke City. |
