The Red Lion was situated on Church Street.
This pub stood in the south-eastern corner of St Peter’s churchyard in Stoke
and was demolished in 1973 to make way for the new A500. The facade was
taken down and rebuilt in the Tramway museum at Crich in Derbyshire. |
