The George was situated at 109 Phoenix Street.

I used to go there with my dad in 1958. There was a piano player on Sunday's. Frank and Rene Fearns were landlords with daughter Frances and her brother. The piano was the main attraction as the pianist used to sing and was a bit risqué.
