The Little Civic was situated on North Street. Not to be confused with the pub of the same name on Broad Street. This pub was originally known as The Town Hall Hotel, subsequently becoming the Berni Inn, then the Town Hall Tavern, the Terrazzo Café Bar, and then the Little Civic. Now used as a bar called Numa.
