White Horse

The White Horse was situated on The Street.  This grade-II listed pub closed in 2004 and is now in residential use.

I couldn't find if it was built as an Inn but White Horse (Kersey) Ltd was established in 1998 and dissolved on 15th Feb 2000 but the pub reportedly closed in 2004 and is now in residential use. A timber-framed building probably of 16th century origin it is Grade II Listed. Directories include, 1844-1874 John Whymark, 1891-1900 Mrs Margaret Keeble (advertised in 1892 as ‘accommodation for visitors & travellers; room for meetings; good stabling’) and 1912 Frederick Orriss.
