The Admirals Head was situated on Sandy Lane. This pub is now in residential use.

The Admirals Head is closed but not strictly in residential use. When the current owners shut the pub it was declared a local amenity and change of use was refused. Local residents are campaigning to keep the property as a pub and trying to stop it being turned into housing.
