The Cricketers in Chobham was the
regular meeting place for the Brooklands Centre of the 750 Motor Club around
the 1970s, with meetings being held there on the last Wednesdays of each
month. It was run by Bruno & Beryl Studley. In those days there was a public
and a lounge bar; the club used to take over the lounge bar, and if there
was a film show then any other customers would just enjoy the entertainment! |
