The Devils Jumps Inn was situated on Jumps Road. The licence was transferred from the nearby Black Horse, which closed when the road was diverted. Recorded as an inn in 1878 and 1891. The scene of an attempted murder in 1871 http://46.32.255.219/pdf/1871/September-13/September-13-1871-07.pdf. Now used as a private house.
