David Haynes 1994-2004 I was a Chef there for ten years after being a Baker for 30 years .Whitbread owned it as a Brewers Fayre then sold it to Millhouse Inns we had aŁ100,000 Refurb even the Chefs painted the Kitchen we would get 150-200 People Mothers Day and 180 Christmas Day Boxing Day every year the same families.
Adrian Partington 1987-1988 I worked as a kitchen porter at the Selsey Tram pub, it did get busy on saturdays especially on Mother's Day..
Louise 1999-2001 I worked here, I spent most of my time working in the children's section 'Charlie chalks' met many family's in here. Made a lot of friends, it was always full at the weekends I dreaded summer due to having the kids play area we also had a huge front and back garden.. Never a dull day, even with the staff.. Probably one of the best jobs I had, shame there's no-where like this these days!
