My Grandmother Lillian Collins Skinner and my Uncle
Vernon Collins lived across the street. They went there a lot and we
have heard about it most of my life. When I visited in 1987 they knew we
were coming and greeted us straight away thanks to my Uncle. So sad to
hear they had a fire and it is now gone. |

My father was the publican back in the mid sixties, and I
used to live there as a teenager, and attended the local secondary
school. |
