Tabby Cat Inn

The Tabby Cat Inn was built in 1865 on Cowfold Road, next to the newly opened West Grinstead station. The first landlord was John Cray. The station closed as part of the Beeching cuts in 1966 and in the 1980s the pub became a Little Chef roadside restaurant. Since 2008 the premises have traded as The Orchard restaurant.
