The Harlequin was situated on Shard End Crescent, Shard End. This pub has now been demolished and replaced by a health centre called the Harlequin Surgery. Jeff Lynne of the Electric Light Orchestra lived in the same road as this pub,and Tony Clarkin of the rock band Magnum lived near by.
