The White Swan was situated at 6 Church Street. This grade-II listed pub closed in 2020 during the Covid pandemic
Listed building details:
Late C17/early C18. 2 storeys and attic. Front rendered with 2 windows to 1st floor, late glazed sashes in near flush frames. Gutter box to double roman tile roof with 2 two light dormers. Central ground floor doorway with bracketted hood, through passage door to right. Rubble built at rear with a variety of windows 1 with a wooden lintel; also a small 3 storey building in the yard.
