Bulls Head

The Bulls Head was situated on Pedmore Road. Rebuilt at some time in its history, it closed in 2009.

This pub was where future Led Zeppelin singer Robert Plant gave his very first performance on stage in 1963 according to his biography. He filled in as temporary singer for a group called 'The Jurymen'. The landlord was the grandfather of one of the group members.
