Public house. Dated 1698, but
altered later. Coursed rubble, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 first-floor
openings. Between first and second bays, 4-panel door in ashlar surround and
above it, semicircular stone inscribed "G 1698 M". In third bay, stone steps
leading up to first-floor board door. 6-pane sash windows with slab
surrounds. On first floor to right, blocked fire window with slab surrounds.
