The Drovers Inn was situated on Fountains Road. This pub was gutted by fire in 2011 and demolished in 2014.

Name Dates Comments Jane Albon (nee Keighley) 1955 Was born there in 1955, My parents were managers at the pub and children were not allowed! William Keighley was the name above the door 1954/1955. My time there very limited but was told it was a fabulous pub and served pheasant pie. Ric Farrington 1964-1966 We used to drink there as a young 18 year olds.
