Public house, now house. c1820, renovated
c1980. Tooled sandstone with pantile roof. Central-staircase plan, l½ rooms
deep. 2-storey, 2-window front. Door of 6 recessed panels, 2 glazed.
2-light, large-pane casements to ground floor; similar smaller windows to
first floor. Plain stone sills to all windows and heavy tooled lintels to
ground-floor openings. Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End stacks. |
