The Shoulder Of Mutton was situated on Oxford Road. My dad ran the local football team from there, and in my youth, it had a dart, pool and football team. Sadly, like so many, it could not pay for itself, like the railway beneath it, Gomersal tunnelm so it closed in 2016 and is now an undertakers, so spared the demolition of its neighbour the White Horse.
