Inn, then 3 cottages, now 2 cottages. Dated
1747. Rubble, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 first-floor windows. Quoins.
Central part-glazed board door in ashlar doorcase on plinths. Between bays 3
and 4, part-glazed door " H " in ashlar architrave, and above a stone
inscribed I A. Sash windows with 1749 glazing bars in ashlar architraves.
Small window on first floor between bays 1 & 2 with similar blocked window
below, perhaps fire windows. Shaped kneeler, ashlar coping to left. Stacks
at ends and between bays 2 & 3. |
