The Wellington Inn was situated in the Market Place. The publican in 1893 was Mary Trotter.

Mary Trotter was my Great Great Grandmother, the last reference of a Trotter being the publican was her son Richard Trotter in Kelly's Directory 1897. Looking through Kelly's Directory's I find no reference of the Wellington in 1901.
