My great-great-granfather John Henry Baldwin was the manager here between 1900 and 1910. He was also the Yorkshire Champion wrestler at the same time.

Name Dates Comments Lex Gibson 1970s I lived and worked in Scarborough from 1973 until 1985 and I was fortunate to become freinds with James Marley one of the directors of the Castle Hotel and the hotel manager John Herdman, John asked me to form a band to play resident at the 'Castle' . Barrie Turner 1972-1976 We held their wedding reception there,and still married to each other,also we still knock about with friends today who attended our wedding.
