The Tea Gardens was situated at 90 Grimesthorpe Road. This former Wards pub closed in the late 1990s.

Used to drink here 22 years ago, if we wanted a quiet pint. Can remember an old bloke in very shiny spatz and an old couple who never exchanged a word during their evening. Always a nostalgic glimpse into the old world of Pitsmoor. Sad to see it gone, but not surprising.
